Performance marketing, Shopify development, and analytics for operators.

We build revenue infrastructure. Not campaigns.

Marketing, Shopify development, automation, and analytics, built and run by one team as a single system. We're measured on the revenue you make, not the tasks we check off.

No call required. An Audit proposal or a clear no, in writing, within two business days.

Performance marketing, Shopify development, analytics

Three divisions. One operating system.

Each division is a full practice on its own: a performance marketing team, a Shopify engineering team, and an analytics team. They share one set of data, one quality standard, and one goal: revenue you can see in the bank.

Growth CommandPerformance marketing and lifecycle

We don't run ads. We build the engine behind your revenue, designed to compound, not spike.

More about this division

Growth Command is the performance marketing
division. It runs paid media on Meta, Google Search and Shopping, TikTok, and
LinkedIn for DTC brands and B2B companies that need pipeline, and it runs the
lifecycle layer underneath: email and SMS flows, retention programs, and the
offers and funnels that turn a first order into a second.

Every account starts with the numbers. Contribution
margin for DTC, pipeline value for B2B, both measured in a dashboard you own
before spend scales. Creative is produced and tested as a system, not a monthly
batch, and search visibility, including AI search, is treated as a channel with
its own targets.

Built for operators past $1M in revenue who are
tired of platform-reported ROAS that never shows up in the bank. Typical work:
paid media management, creative strategy and production, Klaviyo email and SMS,
conversion rate optimization, SEO and AI search, attribution architecture.

  • Meta, Google Search and Shopping, TikTok, LinkedIn
  • Creative strategy, production, and testing systems
  • Email and SMS lifecycle marketing (Klaviyo, Shopify Email)
  • Funnel, offer, and landing page architecture
  • SEO and AI search visibility
  • Conversion rate optimization on store and site
  • Retention, subscription, and LTV programs
  • Attribution architecture and incrementality reads
  • LinkedIn and founder-led demand generation for B2B
  • Marketplace and Amazon advertising alongside DTC
Typical engagementMonthly retainer, with a performance component once measurement is trusted. Minimum 90 days.

Digital InfrastructureShopify Plus, custom apps, integrations, automation

Your store is a revenue asset. We engineer it like one, so it performs at scale and never becomes the bottleneck.

More about this division

Digital Infrastructure is the Shopify development
division: a vetted Shopify Partner building and rebuilding stores on Shopify
and Shopify Plus for DTC brands, B2B wholesale operators, and companies
replatforming from WooCommerce, Magento, or a custom stack. Theme builds follow
Online Store 2.0 conventions, ship with a written definition of done, and are
handed over with the merchandiser in control of every section.

Beyond the theme: custom Shopify apps, checkout
extensions, B2B ordering, ERP and CRM integrations, middleware, and automation
with Shopify Flow, Make, n8n, Zapier, or direct API. Server-side tracking and
consent are part of every build, and site speed, schema, and structured data
are measured before launch, not after.

Built for stores where a slow product page or a
broken form costs more than any ad. Typical work: Shopify Plus development,
replatforms and theme rebuilds, landing pages and CRO builds, custom apps and
integrations, automation, speed and technical SEO.

  • Shopify and Shopify Plus theme development (Online Store 2.0)
  • Replatforms and migrations from WooCommerce, Magento, and custom builds
  • Landing page systems and CRO builds
  • Custom Shopify apps, checkout extensions, and Shopify Functions
  • B2B wholesale ordering, price lists, and customer portals
  • API, ERP, and middleware integrations
  • Automation: Shopify Flow, Make, n8n, Zapier, direct API
  • Server-side tracking, consent, and GA4 event architecture
  • Site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema, and structured data
  • Accessibility and QA to a written definition of done
Typical engagementFixed-scope project with a written definition of done, then an optional engineering retainer.

IntelligenceAnalytics, attribution, and reporting

Data without clarity is just cost. We build the intelligence layer that gives operators real signal in real time.

More about this division

Intelligence is the marketing analytics division. It
builds the measurement stack an operator can run a company on: GA4 event
architecture verified against real orders and leads, Shopify and CRM data
joined to ad platform data, and one set of KPI definitions the whole company
reads the same way.

Reporting is built in Looker Studio and delivered as
executive dashboards: contribution margin by channel for DTC, pipeline and CAC
payback for B2B, weekly pacing against a forecast, and multi-touch or
incrementality reads where last-click hides the truth. A monthly operator brief
interprets the numbers; the dashboard carries them.

Built for teams whose platform dashboards disagree
with the bank. Typical work: GA4 and tracking audits, attribution modeling,
Looker Studio dashboards, contribution margin reporting, forecasting and pacing
models, warehouse and connector setup.

  • GA4 event architecture and tracking audits
  • Multi-touch attribution and incrementality reads
  • Looker Studio executive dashboards
  • Contribution margin and CAC payback reporting
  • Forecasting and weekly pacing models
  • Data warehouse and connector setup (BigQuery, Windsor, Supermetrics)
  • Shared KPI definitions across marketing, sales, and finance
  • Monthly operator briefs with a decision log
  • Shopify, CRM, and ad platform data joins
  • Consent-aware measurement and server-side data quality
Typical engagementBuild project, then a light monthly retainer to keep the numbers honest.
Fit Check

The operators we win with

Every engagement on the record fits one of these profiles. Select yours and the profile opens above the grid: revenue floor, what usually breaks, which division owns it, and the typical engagement. If none fit, the fit check decides.

Not on the list?Run the fit check. It scores any operator the same way.

Audit. Build. Command. Compound.

Four stages, always in this order. Each runs on named systems so every operator gets the same standard. Select a stage to see what happens, what you receive, and the systems behind it.

Audit

Revenue Infrastructure Audit

A paid, scored review of your acquisition, site or store, automation, and measurement. Every finding gets a severity and a fix. Nothing gets built on a foundation that hasn't been scored.

You receiveThe Blueprint: scorecard, baseline, and a fixed-price plan.
Rhythm
  • Day 1: access verified, checkout or lead capture tested live, tracking confirmed
  • Written progress note every two business days
  • Blueprint delivered on the date in the proposal

Systems in this stage

The Blueprint

What the Audit hands you.

  • Scorecard across nine areas, each item Pass, Fail, or N/A with a severity of 1 to 3
  • Baseline snapshot so every later result is provable
  • Fixed-price build plan, each fix mapped to a numbered deliverable
Zero Redundancy Protocol

One data layer before anything new is added.

  • One tag container, one pixel per platform, verified with a live order or lead
  • Unused apps and orphan scripts removed
  • Server-side tracking and consent where the platform allows
The standard
50-45

The 50-45 Standard

A 50-45 is a five-round fight won on every judge's card, every round. No lucky punch. No split decision. Every piece of client-facing work fights five rounds before it ships, and has to win each one on three cards: the Maker who built it, the Operator who has to stand behind it, and the Playbook it has to follow.

Select a round to see what it checks.

Round 1: Accuracy Is it true?
  • Every figure traced to its source, not to the last deck
  • Every link opened; every address, price, and date confirmed
  • Nothing claimed that the client couldn't defend to their own board
Maker

Whoever built it checks it against the written definition of done before anyone else sees it.

  • Every figure traced to its source
  • Every link opened, not assumed
  • Scope matched line for line
Operator

The principal on the account reads it the way the client will, with the client's history in mind.

  • Voice and brand hold
  • Context and timing are right
  • Approval on file from whoever owns it
Playbook

The written procedure for that deliverable, run the same way every time, with automated checks wherever a tool verifies faster than a person.

  • Definition of done on file before work starts
  • Checklist completed and logged, not remembered
  • Tracking, links, schema, and devices verified by tool

Three ways to work together

Retainer

Ongoing ownership of one or more divisions with weekly pacing and a monthly After Action Review.

Fits: operators past $1M with a working funnel that needs scale.

Performance

A base plus a share of measured contribution margin, once the Signal Dashboard can prove it.

Fits: DTC brands with clean margin data and appetite to scale.

Project

Fixed price, fixed scope, fixed timeline. Replatforms, foundation builds, dashboards, integrations.

Fits: a defined build with a clear before and after.
By invitation

A small number of equity partnerships exist where our infrastructure is the growth engine. They are by invitation, after an engagement, not by application.

Tell us where the constraint is. Within two business days you have a written answer: an Audit proposal, or a clear no and a better referral.

An Audit proposal is one page: what we'll examine, what you'll receive, the fixed fee, and the delivery date. Nothing is owed until you accept it. The fee and scope come from your answers in step two, which is why we ask.

FAQ

Questions operators ask first

The questions that come up before an Audit, answered the way we'd answer them on a call.

What size company does Vignovic Agency work with?

B2B and DTC operators past $1M in annual revenue, plus a select roster of executives and athletes who work at the same standard. Below $1M, take the free Scorecard; a fixed-scope project may fit later.

Which industries do you serve?

DTC apparel, nutrition and supplements, coffee and food and beverage, beauty and personal care, home and outdoor, and funded product launches. B2B industrial manufacturers, SaaS, professional services, wholesale and distribution, franchise and multi-location services, and multi-unit hospitality groups. Political and advocacy campaigns, athlete brands, and executive brands. If your category isn't listed, the Audit decides; it scores the stack the same way regardless of industry.

Why does every engagement start with a paid Audit?

Because building on a broken foundation wastes your money and our reputation. The Revenue Infrastructure Audit scores your stack and delivers a fixed-price Blueprint. If you take the Blueprint elsewhere, you still got something worth the fee.

What does the Audit cost, and how long does it take?

The fee is stated in a one-page proposal before you pay, and the Blueprint is delivered on the date in that proposal. The fee is credited against the first engagement if you proceed with us. If you don't, you keep the Blueprint.

What happens in the first 30 days?

Week one: access verified, checkout or lead capture tested live, tracking confirmed, baseline captured. Weeks two and three: the Audit is scored and the Blueprint is delivered with a fixed price. Week four: the Build starts on the highest-severity items, and the Signal Dashboard goes live before any spend scales.

Do you run paid ads?

Yes, inside Growth Command. We won't run them on top of tracking that can't prove what the spend did. Measurement is built first, then spend scales.

Who owns what gets built?

You own your accounts, your data, your store, and the deliverables built for you; they live in your accounts and transfer with you. Our proprietary systems, templates, automation frameworks, and shared tooling stay ours and are licensed to you for use during and after the engagement. The line is drawn in the agreement before work starts, so nothing is ambiguous later.

Who actually does the work?

A principal owns every account and every decision, start to finish. Specialists execute inside documented systems with a 50-45 QA gate before anything reaches you. It's never a rotating account manager.

Where are you based?

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, serving B2B and DTC operators across North America. It rarely matters day to day. It matters when you want a partner who shows up in person for the things that deserve it.
